About me…
I am 20+ years into this Production game, with the last 10 years in a senior leadership role. I’ve had the privilege of producing at some of the best creative agencies in the world including Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, 72&Sunny, Deutsch, Fallon, TBWA Chiat/Day, and BBDO. I spent 3 years as an Executive Producer of the Blue App at Facebook, overseeing internal teams and external agency partners. And I was the first US Head of Production at Edelman, overseeing production and studio teams across the US and in Bogota.
Those experiences help me keep a learner’s mentality and provide a diverse toolkit to draw upon to produce best in class creative that delivers business results for some of the the biggest and most influential global brands - including Meta, adidas, Volkswagen, Google, Target, BMW, PepsiCo to name a few.
As a production leader I thrive at building teams, defining culture, and directing people through complex change management and ambiguity.
I’ve had the good fortune to produce work that has won Cannes Lions, an Emmy, and work that changed the landscape of Super Bowl advertising forever with Volkswagen’s The Force in 2011.
On the personal side, I am a proud Midwesterner who made the journey west in 2010. I am the middle child of a Norwegian father and Filipino mother. There aren’t many of us Filiwegians, but we are a spirited lot. Away from the production game, I enjoy traveling with my family, and anything that keeps my body moving (running, biking, golfing).
